3. Client Responsibilities
To help us deliver your project on time, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information, content, brand assets and access credentials required for the project
- Respond to requests for feedback or approvals in a timely manner
- Make payments as per the agreed schedule
Delays caused by late content, feedback or approvals from your side may affect project timelines and are not the responsibility of Grow Next Marketing.
4. Payments
Projects require an advance/booking payment before work begins, with the remaining balance payable as per milestones or a monthly retainer, as agreed in your proposal. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos and design — is the property of Grow Next Marketing unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Upon full and final payment, ownership of the specific deliverables created for your project (such as final website files or designs) transfers to you, except for any third-party assets, stock content, licensed plugins/themes, or our own pre-existing tools, frameworks and proprietary processes, which remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Marketing & SEO Results Disclaimer
While we apply industry best practices to SEO, performance marketing and social media campaigns, results depend on factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, ad platform policies, market competition and audience behaviour. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or sales figures unless explicitly agreed in writing.
7. Third-Party Services
Our services may involve third-party platforms (e.g. hosting providers, domain registrars, Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics tools). We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or charges levied directly by these third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grow Next Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, including loss of profits, data or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement by providing written notice, as per the terms agreed in the specific project proposal. Fees for work completed up to the date of termination remain payable.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over our registered office location.
